Leadership for Five seasons is for high school juniors in metro Cedar Rapids.  The objective of the program is to develop young student leaders and integrate them into the broader community by increasing their awareness of the needs and resources of the community and enhance their understanding of community trusteeship.  For questions regarding your eligibility for the youth leadership program, contact the guidance counselor at your respective high school. 

The Youth Leadership is run through a committee of volunteers working tirelessly to create opportunities for the youth in the community.
